Hi, I'm Ids Aalbers, a filmmaker based in Leeuwarden with a passion for bringing stories to life and creating emotionally captivating films.
I mainly work as a freelance director, cinematographer, editor and colorist on projects of different styles and scopes. But my skills also allow me to produce projects from start to finish and help my clients with many filmmaking elements like story, planning, flow, shot composition and visual style.
For six years I've worked as Creative Director at Artisan Creatives, which has brought me a lot of experience and a solid network that I can rely on. During this time I've collaborated with many fantastic clients and talented professionals that I still work with today.
